This Cookie Policy explains how ArilX LLC (“ArilX”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar browser storage on arilx.io, studio.arilx.io, and app.arilx.io. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files a website places on your device. We also use localStorage and sessionStorage to keep information in your browser; together we call these “storage” (localStorage stays until cleared, sessionStorage is cleared when you close the tab).
Strictly necessary. Needed for the Services to work, for example to keep you signed in and to keep forms and navigation working during your visit. These cannot be switched off.
Functional. Remember your choices (such as your language) and keep features such as our chat assistant working smoothly.
Analytics and measurement. On arilx.io, and only after you give consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. These tools may set analytics cookies and similar identifiers.
What we do NOT use. We do not use advertising cookies.
The table below lists what we use. Authentication cookies are first-party and http-only; the analytics cookies are set only on arilx.io and only after you consent; everything else is stored in your browser via localStorage or sessionStorage.

Google Sign-In. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google may set its own cookies on its domain as part of the sign-in process. This is governed by Google’s privacy policy.
Google Analytics 4. On arilx.io, after you give consent, Google Analytics 4 may set analytics cookies and receive measurement data about your visit.
Microsoft Clarity. On arilx.io, after you give consent, Microsoft Clarity may set cookies and receive analytics, heatmap, and session replay data. The `CLID` cookie is set on clarity.ms, so ArilX cannot delete it for you from our domain; you can control it through your browser settings or Microsoft’s controls.
Self-hosted fonts. The fonts used on our Services are served from our own servers, so they do not set third-party cookies.
Embedded chatbot widget. When our chatbot is embedded on a customer’s website, it uses functional browser storage on that website. That use is described in our AI Assistant Privacy Policy, not in this policy.
You can control or delete cookies and browser storage through your browser settings, and you can clear them at any time. Please note that disabling strictly necessary storage will prevent parts of the Services from working, for example staying signed in.
Where required by law, we ask for your consent before using non-essential storage, including Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity on arilx.io. Strictly necessary storage does not require consent. You can accept, decline, or later change your choice through the cookie banner or the Cookie settings link in the footer or mobile legal menu. If you decline or withdraw consent, we stop loading analytics and make a best-effort deletion of analytics cookies that our domain can remove. Cookies set on third-party domains, such as Microsoft Clarity's `CLID` on clarity.ms, must be controlled through your browser or the provider's tools.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on arilx.io with a new effective date.
