Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website builder, AI chatbot builder, and related services provided by ArilX LLC (“ArilX”, “we”, “us”) at arilx.io, studio.arilx.io, and app.arilx.io (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.
ArilX provides tools to build websites and AI chatbots: the website builder generates sites from the information you provide, and the chatbot builder lets you create AI assistants trained on content you supply and embed on your own website. The Services use Google’s Gemini API. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Services.
You are responsible for the information you provide at registration, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your Account. Notify us promptly at hello@arilx.io if you suspect unauthorised use of your Account.
Plans. The Services are offered through monthly subscription plans:

Prices. The current price of each plan is shown at checkout before you confirm your subscription. Prices may change; we will give you reasonable notice of any change, and changes apply from your next billing cycle.
Payment. Payments are processed by Bank of Georgia on its secure payment page. We do not store your full card number or security code (see our Privacy Policy).
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise us (through our payment provider) to charge the applicable fee at each renewal.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of a payment by contacting hello@arilx.io.
You agree not to use the Services to:
Your content. You retain ownership of your Customer Content. You grant ArilX a non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Services.
Your warranties. You confirm that you have the rights to all content you upload, and that your content and its use do not violate any law or third-party right.
Your chatbot and your End Users — important. When you deploy a chatbot built with ArilX on your own website or channel, you are the data controller for the personal data of your End Users, and ArilX acts as your data processor. You are responsible for providing your End Users with your own privacy notice and for obtaining any consent required by law. To help you, ArilX provides a template AI Assistant Privacy Policy and a pre-chat consent notice, but you remain responsible for what you deploy.
The Services use AI to generate text and other content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on or publishing it. AI output is not professional (legal, medical, financial, or other) advice.
ArilX owns the Services, including all software, design, and underlying technology. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Services to you. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the websites and content you create, as described in the Customer Content section above.
The Services rely on third parties — including Google (Gemini API, sign-in, calendar), Amazon Web Services (hosting), and Bank of Georgia (payments) — and your use of features depending on them may also be subject to those providers’ own terms; we are not responsible for third-party services we do not control. We work to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArilX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold ArilX harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising out of your Customer Content, your use of the Services, your deployment of a chatbot to your End Users, or your breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Services and close your Account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Services in a way that creates legal risk or harms others. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on arilx.io and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. The courts of Georgia have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
